APX AGM was held on Saturday, July 11th, at 6.30pm on the school premises, and was a well attended one.

The minutes of the last AGM, the accounts and activities of the past one year were approved. The nominations for the post of office bearers were scrutinised & the same were declared elected unopposed for the year 2026-27. Shridhar Derasari continues as President, Bina Shah as Vice-President, Farida Garari as Secretary, Snehal Jadvani as Joint-Secretary and Varun Shah continues as Treasurer. Fr. M.G.Raj SJ is the Chairman of APX and administrator, Fr. Patrick SJ is the manager.

The members present have their suggestions and plans were made for the coming months. The forthcoming activities declared were the blood donation drive and the calendar was more or less finalised till until Navratri.

JAAG, JAAI WZ, JAAI & WUJA information and news were shared and the four members scheduled to attend the forthcoming WUJA congress in Indonesia were appreciated and were well wished for their tour. Fr. Raj, Krishnakumar Vijh, Prithvirajsinh Jadeja and Jinu Joseph are attending the congress representing APX.

The members were thanked for their presence and participation throughout the year, the management was thanked for their unconditional and constant support, the staff, parents and benefactors were thanked for their contribution as stakeholders and collaborators of this great institute.

Everything to look forward to for 2026-27. Upwards and onwards !!
