The teacher’s day was celebrated with great revelry, on Saturday 5th Sept, at St.Xavier’s High School Loyola Hall.

The staff, management, students and alumni/ae ( APX, The Association of Past Xavierites ) together celebrated this day as well as paid tributes to Saint Mother Teresa on her death anniversary.

The teacher’s day celebration remains an integral program in the school calendar, and the bonding between the stakeholders is a sight to behold. Prayers, skits, dance, games, speeches and lunch for the teachers, where alumni/ae and management also are part is a symbol of what this day stands for, and underlines the love and respect the students have for their parents in school, that is their beloved teachers.
