Waste Audit

The objective is to understand and document the Waste Management Practices of the School and focus on Segregation at source, reduction, reuse and recycling of waste.

The broad objective is to have zero waste going to Municipal dumpsites/landfills due to the adverse impact of Waste dumpsites on Emissions, Health.

The Waste Audit checks for effectiveness of the Waste Management Practices based on data, measurements and targeted improvements towards goals mentioned in the School’s Policy.

This self-audit is a means to self-assess the current status of water, waste, trees, energy in your institution. This forms the baseline and future progress can be referenced to the baseline. Please answer questions wherever possible to the best of your ability.
