Navratri Mahotsav at TEXAS Surat

Over 2000 alumni, students, parents and friends participated in the Navratri Mahotsav organized by The Ex Xavierites Alumni Association of Surat (TEXAS) at St. Xavier's High School, Surat on October 1st and 2nd 2014. Several competitions were held in various categories. Organizing an event on such a scale is very expensive and we are grateful to our alumni who donated Rs 8 lakhs towards the conducting of the event. The Chief Guest for the event was the Collector of Surat. Several dignitaries from the Police, Judiciary, Education and Municipality also attended the event.

TEXAS Surat Golden Jubilee Year

  • 03-12-2012: GAURAV YATRA organised by TEXAS A 2kms long rally was organised, Golden Jubilee gate was inaugurated by TEXAS President Mr. Sanat Relia. Golden jubilee gate was donated by TEXAS
  • 24-12-2012: TEXAS members performed at the annual day of the school. On the occasion of the Golden Jubilee a song was written & sung by TEXAS member Rupang Khansaheb.
  • 13-01-2013: TEXAS organised a big Patang Utsav in the School. Kites were distributed by TEXAS.
  • 09-08-2013: Dr. A.P.J. Abdull Kalam visited St. Xavier's High School Surat where an inter school science exhibition was organized. An exhbition from ISRO was also organised in the school. More then 3000 students from around Surat were invited on the occassion.

TEXAS Surat - Golden Jubilee Gaurav Yatra

TEXAS (The Ex Students Association Surat, St.Xaviers Surat) celebrated its Golden Jubilee on 3rd December 2012 the Feast day of St.Francis Xavier. A total of 204 TEXAS members participated in the Golden Jubilee Gaurav Yatra. The Golden Jubilee gate was inaugurated by  TEXAS president Mr. Sanat Relia. A documentary film was presented on St.Xavier's School Surat.
